Men’s shoes · size 13+
Your shoe size should not end the search.
Size 13 and up, selected for the feet that department-store racks keep forgetting: useful width, a real toe box, and enough structure for a tall frame.
The short version
Longer feet. More volume. Better options.
The problem with “just size up”
A longer shoe is not automatically a better fit.
Most men’s shoe racks stop at 12 or 13, and the advice after that is usually to go up another half-size. That gives you more length, but it can leave the ball of your foot sitting in the wrong place and your toes pressed into a tapered box.
Plezettes treats size 13+ as a fit brief, not a leftover bin. We’re building a browse around wide lasts, roomier toe boxes, and clear notes about how each shoe wears. The goal is a confident first shortlist, not another afternoon of returns.

A size 13 can still pinch when the shoe is built on a narrow D last. We surface the width and the actual shape of the shoe so you can shop for foot volume, not just length.
02
Longer is not the same as roomier. Our fit notes call out the toe box, ball width, and heel hold so your toes are not paying for an extra half-size.

We look for shoes that make sense with a taller frame: stable soles, useful widths, and styles you can wear to work, on the weekend, and everywhere between.
